Project Intern

Diana Lu has joined DBP for the summer as the Project Intern for the Court-Livingston-Schermerhorn Business Improvement District. She is responsible for creating a commercial waste management and energy efficiency program. Diana has worked previously on solid waste management with the Natural Resources Defense Council and on Zero Waste with the San Francisco Department of the Environment. She also manages YOUR ART HERE, a program that enlivens vacant storefronts with temporary art installations.  

Diana is currently earning a Masters Degree in City Planning with a focus on Public/ Private Development from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Design. She has a B.A. in Urban Studies and French from Vassar College. Recently, Diana had her first Maine lobster roll and found it delicious.
