Available  Rentals:

Avalon Fort Greene: Located on Flatbush Avenue across from the MetroTech Center, the 620-unit rental building was developed by Avalon Bay Communities.  The building features a state of the art fitness center with cardio theater, 24-hour concierge service, resident lounge with billiards table and on-site Zipcar.  Apartments offer spectacular views of New York City, gourmet kitchens with granite countertops and an in-unit washer and dryer. 

The BrooklynerLocated at 111 Lawrence St., the Brooklyner is a 491-unit rental building developed by the Clarett Group.  Now the tallest building in the borough, The Brooklyner offers studio, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments with stellar views of the city, harbor, rivers and beyond.  The building features 24-hour concierge, lobby coffee bar, refrigerated grocery storage, fitness center, bicycle storage and an indoor lifestyle room called the Lodge which features a private dining room, billiards room, skee ball and a screening room as well as a backyard area. 

BKLYN GOLD:
  Developed by Lalezarian Development, this 510 unit rental project consists of two mid-rise buildings located at 257 and 277 Gold Street.  The building focuses on creating bright, inviting living spaces for residents.  Each unit has floor to ceiling windows, open floor plans, polished marble bathrooms and earth friendly washers and driers in the one and two-bedroom units.  Expected occupancy is September 2009.

DKLB: is a 365-unit 80/20 mixed-income rental developed by Forest City Ratner Companies located at 80 DeKalb Ave.  The building is one of Brooklyn's first high-rise developments designed for LEED certification.  Amenities include bicycle storage, an entertaining kitchen, screening room, yoga studio, tenant storage, cold storage, sun deck and a gym. 

The Andrea: is a 95-unit residential building built by the Red Apple Group located at 218 Myrtle Ave.  The building will have a Duane Reade and a supermarket.

State Renaissance Court: Located at Schermerhorn and Hoyt Streets, this new construction project provides 80 market-rate rental units, 80 affordable rental units and ground floor retail.

 

Available Condos:

Toren: Located at 150 Myrtle Ave. at the corner of Flatbush, this new 38-story condominium tower boasts 241 market-rate and affordable condos. Developed by BFC Partners and designed by the architecture firm Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill, the tower will boast a unique silver-blue aluminum and glass facade, and will be LEED-certified.

Be@Schermerhorn: This new building located at 189 Schermerhorn St. and developed by SDS Procida, offers 246 market-rate condominiums, resident amenities and ground floor retail. 

Oro Condos: Located at 306 Gold St., this 40-story condo tower with a glass and brick facade was designed by Ismael Leyva Architects, a nationally acclaimed firm that worked on the Time Warner Center in Manhattan. Currently on the market, Oro has a total of 303 condominium units and boasts a swimming pool, fitness center, and a basketball/squash court

BellTel Lofts: The former Verizon building, which is a landmarked Art-Deco gem, was recently converted into 248 residential condominiums and retail space. The 27-story BellTel Lofts at 365 Bridge Street features apartments with high ceilings; many with breathtaking panoramic views and outdoor space.

230 Ashland Condos: Designed by the architectural firm FXFowle, this 30-story building in the heart of the BAM Cultural District houses 108 luxury condominiums and offers residents sweeping views of Downtown Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan.

One Hanson Place: Formerly the Williamsburgh Savings Bank, this landmark building is Brooklyn's tallest, offering 189 luxuriously appointed condominium units with spectacular views of Manhattan, Brooklyn, and New York Harbor. The recently converted, full service building features high ceilings and beautifully restored architectural details.  

96 Rockwell Place: Originally an old piano factory, this building has 37 loft-style condominiums and about 3,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Centrally situated in the BAM Cultural District, building amenities include a state of the art fitness center.

 

Fully Occupied New Residential Developments

110 Livingston: Designed by McKim Meade and White, 110 Livingston is a landmarked building that was formerly the Board of Education headquarters. Developed by Two Trees Management, the converted building now offers 300 meticulously planned condominiums, concierge center, and private rooftop cabanas.

The Smith: This is a 50-unit condominium project, with 93 hotel rooms (called Nu Hotel) and ground floor retail built on a former state-owned parking lot at Atlantic Avenue and Smith Street.

14 Townhouses: These newly constructed, single family town homes on State Street are designed by Rogers/Marvel Architects. Developed by Hamlin Ventures and Time Equities, these homes are modern interpretations of the classic brownstone.  Nine additional townhouses will be built along State Street, with similar designs.
