BellTel Lofts: (completed) The former Verizon building, which is a landmarked Art-Deco gem, was recently converted into 248 residential condominiums and retail space. The 27-story BellTel Lofts features apartments with high ceilings; many with breathtaking panoramic views and outdoor space.

Forte Condo

Toren: Located at 150 Myrtle Ave. at the corner of Flatbush, this new 38-story condominium tower will offer 240 market-rate and 40 affordable condos. Developed by BFC Partners and designed by the architecture firm Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill, the tower will boast a unique silver-blue aluminum and glass facade, and will be LEED-certified.

110 Livingston: (completed) Designed by McKim Meade and White, 110 Livingston is a landmarked building that was formerly the Board of Education headquarters. Developed by Two Trees Management, the converted building now offers 300 meticulously planned condominiums, concierge center, and private rooftop cabanas. 

The Nu Hotel / The Smith: This is a 50-unit condominium project, with 93 hotel rooms and ground floor retail built on a former state-owned parking lot at Atlantic Avenue and Smith Street.

14 Townhouses (completed):  These newly constructed, single family town homes on State Street are designed by Rogers/Marvel Architects. Developed by Hamlin Ventures and Time Equities, these homes are modern interpretations of the classic brownstone.  9 additional townhouses will be built along State St., with similar designs.

Schermerhorn House :  Developed by Common Ground and the Actors Fund in partnership with Hamlin Ventures and Time Equities, this new building will offer 217 affordable, supportive housing rental units, a community theater and ground floor retail. State Renaissance Court : (completed)  Located at Schermerhorn and Hoyt Streets, this new construction project provides 80 market-rate rental units, 80 affordable rental units and ground floor retail.

200 Livingston:  This new construction project will offer 280 market-rate condominiums and ground floor retail.

Oro Condos:  Located at 306 Gold St., this 40-story condo tower with a glass and brick facade was designed by Ismael Leyva Architects, a nationally acclaimed firm that worked on the Time Warner Center in Manhattan. Currently on the market, Oro has a total of 303 condominium units.

The “Flatiron” Building:  Designed by Ismael Leyva this new building, which is located on Tillary Street and Flatbush Avenue, will offer 108 condominium units.

One Hanson Place: Formerly the Williamsburgh Savings Bank, this landmark building is Brooklyn's tallest, offering 189 luxuriously appointed condominium units with spectacular views of Manhattan, Brooklyn, and New York Harbor. The recently converted, full service building features high ceilings and beautifully restored architectural details.  

Myrtle Avenue Development: Two new construction projects developed along Myrtle Avenue will provide 140 affordable rental units, 140 market-rate rentals, 370 residential condominiums and local retail space.

Forte Condos: (completed)  Designed by the architectural firm FXFowle, this is 30-story building in the heart of the BAM Cultural District houses 108 luxury condominiums and offers residents sweeping views of Downtown Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan.

96 Rockwell Place : Originally an old piano factory, once converted, this building will contain 37 loft-style condominiums and about 3,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Centrally situated in the BAM Cultural District, building amenities include a state of the art fitness center.
