The CLS District has over 150 stores that cater to a diverse population of residents, area employees, and visitors. ValueCard Discount Program: The CLS BID now participates in the Downtown Brooklyn ValueCard discount program, which offers discounts to ValueCard holders at over 75 stores in Downtown Brooklyn. The card is FREE and can be obtained at the offices listed below. Just show the card at participating retailers to get discounts ranging from 10% to 20% off. Discounts vary with individual retailers.
