New Residential Developments

BellTel Lofts: This landmark Art Deco building is being transformed into a luxury condominium with ground floor retail space. Comprised of 219 residences and 13 professional units, BellTel Lofts will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom loft homes from 600 to 2,700 square feet, many with breathtaking panoramic views and private outdoor space.

Oro Condos: Located at 306 Gold St., this 40-story condo tower with a glass and brick facade was designed by Ismael Leyva Architects, a nationally acclaimed firm that worked on the Time Warner Center in Manhattan. Currently on the market, Oro has a total of 303 condominium units.

Forte: Designed by the architectural firm FXFowle, this 30-story building in the heart of the BAM Cultural District houses 108 luxury condominiums and offers residents sweeping views of Downtown Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan.

110 Livingston : Under the aegis of Two Trees Development, this landmark building designed by McKim Meade and White, has undergone a third incarnation as Brooklyn's most prized residential address. Formerly the Board of Education headquarters, the converted building now offers 300 meticulously planned homes ranging from studios to oversized 3-bedroom residences, and includes a concierge center and private rooftop cabanas.

14 Townhouses: State Street puts everything at your feet  - fourteen subway lines, fine boutiques, esteemed private and public schools, theaters for films or live performances, innovative dining, parks and more. These newly constructed, single family town homes on State Street are designed by Rogers/Marvel Architects. Developed by Hamlin Ventures and Time Equities, these homes are modern interpretations of the classic brownstone.  9 additional townhouses will be built along State St., with similar designs.

96 Rockwell Place: Originally an old piano factory, once converted, this building will contain 37 loft-style condominiums and about 3,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Centrally situated in the BAM Cultural District, building amenities include a state of the art fitness center.

State Renaissance Court: State Renaissance Court is centrally located within walking distance of virtually every attraction and amenity in Downtown Brooklyn and the surrounding brownstone neighborhoods. Comprised of 158 units, this mid-rise rental building provides 24 hour concierge service, with parking available in the building.

Toren: Located at 150 Myrtle Ave. at the corner of Flatbush, this new 38-story condominium tower will offer 240 market-rate and 40 affordable condos. Developed by BFC Partners and designed by the architecture firm Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill, the tower will boast a unique silver-blue aluminum and glass facade, and will be LEED-certified.

Be@Schermerhorn: A development in the Be@Properties line by SDS Procida, Be@Schermerhorn is located in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn at 189 Schermerhorn Street. The building will feature 221 residences in a newly constructed 25-story residential property and a seven story loft building, arranged in a mews-style configuration.

One Hanson Place:  Located in the famous clock tower formerly known as the Williamsburgh Savings Bank, One Hanson Place is situated in one of the most accessible and exciting neighborhoods Brooklyn has to offer. Within walking distance you'll find MetroTech Center, the Brooklyn Academy of Music, and numerous retail and dining amenities.
