For years DUMBO has been known as one of the City's artistic and cultural centers, with events like the annual Art Under the Bridge Festival, organizations such as Arts at St. Ann's, as well as dozens of fine art, photography, fashion and design studios. DUMBO has emerged as one of the fastest changing areas in the borough and developed into a true 24-hour community, with new residents, office tenants and retailers moving in every day. Arts-related development is continuing at a fast pace in DUMBO, providing space and venues for arts organizations.
